Blue Horizon Asset Management was founded by Neal Goyal, the firm’s current Chief Investment Officer. He currently oversees the firm’s investment and research operations to ensure optimal execution of Blue Horizon’s investment strategy. Mr. Goyal has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry including wealth management, financial planning, and trading.

Mr. Goyal obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. Prior to his legal education, he received his Bachelors of Science in Finance from Indiana University. Mr. Goyal's unique combination of financial and legal backgrounds allows him to maintain a firm grasp on the financial markets while simultaneously ensuring full integrity and transparency of Blue Horizon Asset Management.
